In consideration of the acceptance of this application, applicant agrees to save and hold harmless the Bellingham St. Patrick’s Day Parade, its sponsors an any employees, officers or volunteers from any loss or damage to persons or property caused by operation of applicant’s unit in connection with the parade or parade activities and further agrees to defend the Bellingham St. Patrick’s Day Parade from any claims for such damage.
